Kansas City Star 10/2/04 interview with Rabbi Cukierkorn (free registration required)

I have recently published a new book called Accessible Judaism: A Concise Guide (ISBN 0-9722900-1-X). As the title points out, this is a user-friendly, accessible guide to Jewish religion, culture and practices. The uniqueness of this book lies in the way the information is presented. Each page has a side bar that highlights the most important information contained in that page. Each chapter is followed by an "At-A-Glance" section that summarizes the information contained in that chapter. The appendix contains, among other topics, the differences and similarities between Judaism and ÊChristianity presented in a positive way, as well an overview of Jewish objects present in the Synagogue and the Jewish home. It is my hope that the reader finds in Accessible Judaism: A Concise Guide, a useful tool for understanding Judaism in a comprehensive and inclusive way.
